John Gamache, Our Founder & President

John Gamache has more than 20 years of specialized, Fortune 50, business operations experience. An accomplished leader with the proven ability to develop and drive exceptional, efficient and cost-effective solutions, John created Kitting Solutions Plus LLC in 2012. He founded his business on one simple customer promise: the right part at the right place at the right time. John spent two decades as a leader at Best Buy, sharpening his focus on creating better ways of filling customer needs. As properties director, he managed all aspects of production, fulfillment, planning, project management, finance, customer service, sourcing, inventory and demand planning, as well as managing the strategic direction and P&L of the company's $100 plus million properties function.

Ken Campbell, VP of Business Development

Ken Campbell is a Dynamic, top performing, hands on Operations leader with over 30 years of supply chain experience working with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Ken has used his supply chain expertise and project management skills to deliver solutions at home and around the country. Ken can be found meeting with customers to understand their needs, directing operations within the KSP warehouse or responding to a last minute request from a desperate customer that needed unplanned distribution from a port on either coast or anywhere in between. Ken has managed supply chain projects around the country that range from a single day deployment to over a year. KSP has the contacts and the resources to set up full time or temporary supply chain operations anywhere in the US.
